Ayni is a Quechua word meaning reciprocity: giving and receiving.
Anything you give out comes back to you.
About Ayni
Ayni is a Quechua word meaning reciprocity, the understanding that what we give and receive are deeply connected. That reciprocity, between client and therapist, between past and present, between what we carry and what we're ready to release, is what shapes the practice as a whole.
This is a space for people who want to understand themselves more fully, not just manage what's difficult.
The Approach
My work draws on Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, and Family Constellations. These are approaches that look beneath the surface, toward the emotional patterns and relational histories that shape how we experience ourselves and others. I also bring somatic awareness into the work, paying attention to how the body holds and responds to experience.
